We are extremely particular about all the ingredients, not just the pasta.In addition to ingredients from all over Japan, we make ample use of ingredients from Chiba Prefecture, leveraging our local network (Chiba Prefecture is the 4th largest agricultural producer in Japan). We carefully prepare and serve Chiba's local ingredients, such as locally grown vegetables, homemade pesto sauce, seafood from Kujukuri Beach, and whitebait from Choshi.
